Fees for Counselling
Individual Therapy
This includes play therapy as well as child and adolescent psychotherapy.
$150 per 50-minute session (in-person or virtual)*
* Rates are based on non-insured services for clients. Direct billing is subject to prescribed rates outlined by insurance companies for counselling/psychotherapist services.
* Individual therapists might have an additional fee associated to services provided. Please see Team profiles for details.
Student Therapist
$120 per 50 minutes session (in-person or virtual)

Sliding Scale
We believe that money shouldn’t impact your mental health. As such, our team is open to finding a payment plan that will fit your current situation before you begin counselling.
Direct Billing
We accept direct billing for the following public health programs.
- NIHB
- Medavie Blue Cross (Veterans Affairs, RCMP, CAF)
- WSIB
Invoices provided after payment for submission to your specific insurance
Please Note
It is incumbent upon the client to confirm that counselling services provided by a registered social worker/psychotherapist are covered by their plan.
