Services

Individual Therapy - In person or Virtual*

Just you and a therapist, with the focus on you. This is the type of psychotherapy that most people think of when they begin therapy.

*Virtual Sessions only available for Individual Therapy at this time.

Play Therapy

Children 6 and up. Therapist uses principles of CBT and Play Therapy to build therapeutic relationships through the use of activities and play interventions. Parent coaching is an integral part of CBTP.

Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents

Family Therapy

Any combination of family members, plus your therapist:

parent and child, brother and sister, parents and multiple children, focusing on family dynamics and relationships.

Group Therapy

Any combination of individuals (up to 8 at a time) who are dealing with a common concern, meeting in a therapeutic group to collective address and learn ways of coping.

Couples

Partners meeting together with a therapist to discuss their relationship.

Trauma, PTSD and Occupational Stress Injuries

A dedicated trauma -informed intervention that focusses on stabilization and emotional regulation before we begin to tackle the root causes of the trauma.

When working with clients dealing with trauma, our hope is always to also work with the family members, either as a group or individually to address the impacts of the trauma.
